Q: conception solution TTC

We tried a couple weeks ago, about 3 times in a row or every other, I can't remember, then about a week later I got my period during my usual cycle time. Could I still be pregnant? Doubtful right? Whats your best solution for me to conceive and do it quickly?

How long have you been trying to conceive?

Do you know when you are ovulating? DO you know about ovulation?
