My girlfriend may be a few days late for her period(I say may because she doesn't remember the exact day of her last one). I remember it to be maybe 30 days ago at least, but her and I are both getting worried.
Here's the odd thing, yet the reason why we're both afraid. We're both virgins, and we do like to mess around a little bit. Yesterday we did so, and after we had finished up we laid there for a bit then decided to try putting it in a little bit. Now here's what scared us. I had already cleaned up and was sure there was no semen left inside it, but when she had forced it in maybe 1 centimeter, I freaked out and immediately told her to stop because I had remembered that I had just ejaculated minutes earlier, and that I didn't want to go to far without us being married and without protection or birth control of any sort.
So, my question is, could her possibly late period be because of that incident yesterday, or is it impossible since I did not actually ejaculate inside her? And if there was any semen left, if it was barely inside her, could she still get pregnant? I'm just really worried and so is she, and would like some reassurance.
Also, she has had late periods in the past, and lately she has been working every day and hasn't been relaxing much. I'm wondering if that could lead to a late/missed period as well due to the stress.
I feel embarrassed to have to come here and ask for advice... but I don't know where else to go. Thanks.

No, she wouldn't have a late period from an incident just a day before. The process of pregnancy takes a lot longer than a day to happen, and even if somehow some semen did get inside her yesterday, nothing would have changed between yesterday and today. It takes about two weeks for a pregnancy to really develop and start producing hormones.

It is very very unlikely that she got pregnant, (or I should say, will get pregnant). Of course, there is a tiny tiny chance, but not really enough where you should be worried about it. Just don't do it again... or plan ahead and get her on birth control first.

She's probably just late, it sounds like that's common for her anyway. You can have her take a pregnancy test in about two weeks if she still hasn't gotten her period.
