I was wondering if my last period was on Feb. 24th 2009 and the doctor said I was 4 weeks pregnant on March 14th when would I have become pregnant?

One of the two dates is not correct.
No data was given how the pregnancy age was determined by your doctor. On the other hand, there might be a possibility that you misplaced some irregular bleeding for regular menstrual period. The bleeding you thought was your regular period might have been light for several days. What might have caused can not be told without additional tests.
The pregnancy age is usually most correctly determined by ultrasound and experienced doctor using the ultrasound.
