Q: conception date and ultrasound

I had an ultrasound done on June 18th, where it said I was (11 wks and 1 day )along. Does this mean my egg was fertilized 11 wks and 1 day prior to June 18th?

A pregnancy is dated from the last day of your last menstrual period. So, the first day of a pregnancy is the day AFTER your last period ended. Make sense?

it would mean that your conception date was around 9 weeks and 1 day ago since your not really pregnant for the first 2 weeks
