Q: conception confusion

My edd is 14th July 2009 from ultra sound scan.
I have been seeing man1 for over a yr and would have last been with him on 16th October 2008 we did not have full sex however pre ejaculation may have been present and he did penetrate my vagina, however i did have a mistake and had unprotected sex with man2 on October 24th 2008.
Who would be more likely the father?
