Dear Sir,

Complexion of my forehead is darker then my face. What is the reason behind this and what should i do for change the complexion of my forehead.

Similarly complexion of hand from elow to wrist is darker then other part of body because of this i can not wear half sleve shirts and t- shirts. Please advise me what should i do .
