Q: Completing TB treatment

I got to know abt. Positive TB in March 08 but other tests like TB PCR is negative I took madication for one & half month but it reacted my body i stopped it for 15 days then again I started in May 2008 & now 9 months is going to complete. My question is that How do I come to know that my treatment is complete or is there any test to know abt. that.
