yes i have had a cold for 2 weeks now and can't seem to get rid of it. i also have a cough that i can't get rid of either. It seems that all i do all day long is cough, cough, cough. It is normally when i breath in that i start coughing. Could somebody please give me any suggestions as to what medicine that i could take to get rid of this or maybe at least tell me what i might have. I have been taking dayquill and nyquill, but the medicine doesn't seem to be helping me get over my cold. I would really appreciate all the feedback that you could give me.

Thank you.

Honey is great for the cough and has nutrients that can help build immunity and fight infection (especially propolis). Garlic is a great immune system enhancer as well. Cut out the simple carbs and try a clean diet of soups and salads. Fresh lemon juice will add vitamin C to your diet as well as freshen your breath.
