Hi,
I have a bad back and bad knees, plus I would like to ensure I am getting my daily supply of vitamins. I eat reasonably well but was thinking about taking Calcium, Cod Liver Oil and Glucosamine supplements, as well as a multi vitamin and vitamin C.
May these supplements be combined safely? If I was to drink milk & orange juice and eat oily fish a couple of time a week would this prevent the need for some of these supplements or would I be better off just taking the supplement? Also some of them seem to combine vitamin D would I be taking too much vitamin D if this was the case?
Thanks for any help, the whole vitamin thing can get a bit confusing once you start looking into it.
