Vaginal and Uterus Health Answer A4407
According to your symptoms (dark vaginal discharge with bad odor and painful peeing) you could be experiencing a vaginal infection (colpitis). Not all vaginal infections are considered as sexually transmitted.

Bacterial vaginosis and vaginal yeast infections are very common conditions and they are not considered to be an STD. Gonorrhea, syphilis, trichomoniasis, Chlamydiasis, HSV, genital warts, etc. are considered to be STDs. You need a microbiological examination to find the precise infective agent.

You should consult your gynecologist about this.
