I am wondering...is collostrum only present when a woman is pregnant? I had some coming out of both sides this morning. And my youngest child is 4 1/2 years old. Haven't been breast feeding since she was 8 months old.

Hi--I did this as well for off and on for several years..Mine has a greeish look to it..I got repeated infections in my breasts due to fibrocystic breast disease.. you probably should go on antibiotics for a couple weeks..best of luck..k

Interesting that you should say that...cuz mine has a greenish tint too...or at least the first little bit does, and then it's clearish/yellow/white. I'll have to ask my doctor about this. Thank you for sharing. Best wishes to ya!

Yes, to be on the safe side. It could be nothing...or it could be a sign of ovarian cancer (I just found out.) However, don't get TOO concerned until seeing him/her. I've also heard that some women leak even when not pregnant--that it's common. Difference with me, I guess, is that it's been 4 years since I've nursed! Something definitely hormonal going on...that's for sure. Good luck getting it figured out.
