What is the absolute best colon cleanse program to use and why?

What is the best whole body cleanse program to use?

How long can it take to completely clean out the colon?

How long can it take to completely clean out the body of toxins?

I have been using dual action cleanse for the past five months and have had results, but I want to know what the best and most effective way of doing it would be. Also, should you treat the colon after doing a cleanse to replenish the good bacteria?

All information and advice is well appreciated!

Thank you!

I like the cleanses from Blessed Herbs. The colon cleanse is amazing and produces major results by cleaning the plaque from your intestines. There is a five (5) day fast phase, but I wasn't hungry during it. Check out their site for testimonials.

coloflow
Has this been around for long?

I recently ordered coloflow from amazon and it arrived promptly, given its ingredients I can honestly say it was better than other cleanser I've tried on the market.

The results ater 6 days of use are pretty subsantial for me - I'll post again in a couple weeks to tell how im doing.

I think that the manufacturers of The Blessed Herbs line have been practicing herbology for more than 25 years.

A colon cleanser needs to be both strong and gentle. You need something that could remove toxins and radicals but gentle enough not to irritate your insides. You could try using Dr Natura's Colonix Program especially since its so easy to follow.

A cleanse program usually lasts for a couple of weeks to a month; your colon should be clean by then.

Anyone else use coloflow??
I looked at a couple of these and coloflow.com has a free trial offer that looks like it might be pretty good at least to try for a couple weeks...anyone else try it??

I did try Drnatura's Colonix 4 years ago. It's not bad. Also, I used Oxypowder. It's the best of all I ever used! It's very effective. That's much less hassle for me to use... because most of colon cleanse products can strip off good bacteria while oxypowder doesn't! Anyways. I lost 60 pounds within about 5 months 4 years ago. I used to be 225. But colon cleanse isn't the only factor that made me lose a lot of weight. I did the Master Cleanse, a fasting method. it's a natural, safer way than a regular fasting. And i drank organic aloe vera juice and organic apple cider vinegar every single day til i stopped drinkin them since last year cuz i was like lazy. mainly, i used this for a detoxification purpose. This is another factor of my weight loss.
