The data you provided are not sufficient for definitive diagnose. The location of the pain is very important. If the problem is in the colon, then the pain would appear in the lower abdomen or throughout the whole abdomen.
You might want to check occasionally your feces. Blood in feces might be related with neoplasm, in which case you should not waste your time. Please have in mind that blood in feces is associated with other diseases as well and diagnose can not be given based only on blood in feces.
Your doctor might want to have another colonoscopy, during which he might take tissue sample for biopsy. The biopsy would definitely tell you what the problem is.
