I think I may have most of the symptoms of colon cancer, and I am very worried
my symptoms are

constipation mixed with diarrea,

upper abdominal pain sometimes on right but mostly on left,

pain under left ribcage with flank pain,

I also have alot of pressure at times in my whole abdomen,

rumbling in my gut and stomach , sometimes its bad enough to wake me at nights,

lost of appettite,

lose of weight,

I seen a doctor they did blood work, urine, ct scans, xrays and they havent found anything.

I really dont think this could be anything but cancer all the symptoms are there
I put up a post and for some reason it had gotten erased so I am really hoping that this one dosnt I am having really bad anxiety from this and I am about to loose my mind. please leave a reply

Your symptoms are more classic for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), actually; although other gastrointestinal illnesses certainly can also cause some of the same symptoms that you describe.

A colonoscopy would rapidly let you known whether or not you have colorectal cancer, and can also rule-in or rule-out several other disorders of the colon or rectum.
