I just found out that i have colon cancer last Thursday. I was late to start my period so I took a pregnancy test today it said that I'm pregnant. What do I do?
I called my Dr but I'm not sure if I'll get any info from him today.

This is for sure something you need to discuss with your doctor. Information on the internet is not what you need right now. What you need is solid information about you, your cancer, your risks, etc.
