I had simple blood test done to confirm my problem and now no period for 5 month.

The brown blood is probably just old blood. That's normal.

How long have you had the cold symptoms? If it's been going on for more than a week, you probably should see a doctor. The hot and cold flashes could be a fever.

How old are you? This is important to rule out menopause.
