I had to go to the doctor 3 weeks ago because i was suffering with headaches and dizziness, the doc said i had a viral flu but if the headaches continued to go to my local A&E, which i had to in the end , the hospital did a ct scan which showed a shadow on the left side of my head which they think was the way i was lying during the scan, so they then did a Lumber Puncture which came back clear also, i was discharged an hour later and when i asked about after effects i was told id have a mild headache ( this makes me laugh now), when i got home the headache and pain in my back was so severe which i found out later that this was the after effects of the lumber puncture, i ended up in bed for 4 days lying flat and vomiting with the pain and ended back in hospital on IV fluids and pain killers,it has taken me in total 8 full days and nights to be able to stand up straight and walk properly after the Lumber puncture, this was sheer hell child birth was a breeze compared to this, now the after effect just when i finally though i was getting better i am now getting cold sharp tingles in my head and eyes they arent painfull just very uncomfortble, does any body have any idea what this is and is this also the after effects of Lumber puncture.?
