I got a cold sore about a week ago and it started to seem as if it was going away, well then i got a minor cold and my cold sore that was going away swelled back up and got pus in it. then my whole top lip swelled within about 24 hrs and now i have a knot right above the cold sore that is very painful, what is that knot? is it a swolen gland? i also have swollen glands under my chin and the left side of my neck near my jaw line.
