hello, for sometime now I have been experiencing a tingling sensation in my left hand and my arm feels cold although not cold to touch. It feels alot colder when i lie down. the tiingling sensation is mostly on the right side of my palm by my thumb and extends to my fingers. I occassionaly get a 'ache' behind my left shoulder blade. is this something I should be overly concerned about? 1 am 37, smoke 10 - 15 max a day, hardly drink, do not suffer from anxiety or depression, do not take medication. I work alot on a computer and have also noticed a tightness behind my eye ( have had eyes checked all ok) any advice would be appreciated
