Q: Cold air in throat and stomach

Hi ,
For the last few months when i breath through my nose, inside the left nostril
feels very very cold inside & as this is happening, the left side of my throat is also cold & then the cold feeling or air then goes into my stomach which gives me abomenal pain.
I have had a ENT look at the throat but they say there is nothing wrong but i can still feel this very cold air going inside me & it feels dreadful.
I also feel like the left cheek bone by the left side of the nose is also very cold.
My left ear also feels very cold aswell.
This is affecting my sleeping as when i try to sleep, i get a sudden jolt going through to my stomach & it wakes me or even stops me getting to sleep.
My uvula is also longer than it should be at the moment aswell & there is a spot developed on the top of the uvuala which is also painful.
It also looks like some of the tissue which comes across the back of the throat is permantley hanging there partially blocking the airway.
I am looking into having that shortened & also some of the excess soft tissue at the back of the throat removed.
Any help would be gratefully rec'd
Many Thanks

Further more, inside my left ear feels cold & it feels like it is linked to the throat coldness on that side.
