Can a man get an erection outside in below-freezing temperatures while it's snowing? And if he can, can he maintain it, & how long can he maintain it, while on the snow-covered cement ground? I know this is a very specific question, but bare with me..

I would imagine he could but for how long is the question.
Would have to be careful he did not get some kind of frostbite as the skin is the most sensitive of a male body.
Also the scrotum would shrink and find it hard to pull
the skin forward to cover the glans to get an orgasm.
