Coital Headaches and loss of hearing?

So i was doing what all men do on sunday night... masturbating. I get this sharp headache in the back right of my head. I looked online and got scared by what I saw... it could be a sentinel bleed... but when I masturbated again and got the pain again I knew it was probably benign coital headaches. But then I started to feel a strange pressure in my ears- I cleaned them out but I still feel a strange pressure and i'm starting to feel like i'm losing my hearing a little bit... I'm scared that this is a brain tumor... do you think it is? I'm not sure i can get to a doctor.
