I know webmd is pretty reputable but I've seen many other reputable sites that says otherwise

The doctors Iv'e met sure don't know
I have had just as many attacks while drinking coffee on a regular basis as when I was not drinking it at all.
How come doctors don't know anything about a healthe gout diet besides alcohol and meat?

As usual, I would judge on your own experience. If you feel better with coffee, it may be good, if you know it makes you feel worse, then it's probably not great...

For me I have found I feel much better all around withOUT caffeine, therefore my name and my work Smile

Regards
