I know cause I blew it out my nose one nighgt while doing lines...a specialist gave me some nasal spray to put on there when its feeling dry but it cakes on gets hard and then crumbes out and slowlys gets worse throughout the day
Is there any surgery or medical way of getting that membrane back????

I personally have never heard of the transfer of menbranes from one part of the body to another. That is not saying it can't be done. Especially mucus membrane. You might want to check with you specialist and find out what options you might have open for you.

Hope you get some answers. And wonderful that you are clean now. Keep it up.

I went through a very rough spell and used cocaine daily for over a year (quite a few years ago). Needless to say I have NO septum to speak of, meaning i could put my whole finger through if i wanted. I went to see a specialist and they pretty much informed me that there isn't much they can do short of attempting to create a new septum with a plug (but no guarantees it would work). Now years later I still get sinus headaches, pain in my nose etc. There probably isn't anything they can do. Let it be a painful reminder to stay the hell away from it

Here are a few things that do help,
You can buy some vitamin E (Get the gels and make a small hole with a pin and squeeze a small amount out)and put it on the end of a Q-Tip swab and gently put it on the affected area. Wait to see what sort of results you have after the first application before trying it again. Also Neti pots are great for relief and cleaning of the same areas, just go to any natural foods store or health food store (Whole Foods has them) and ask. Oh yeah, and stop using cocaine, it's bad for you, I hope this helps, best of luck. Also, as a caveat, I am NOT a doctor and would not want anyone taking my advice as anything more than a former user who has picked up bits and pieces of useful information that have worked for me, and that's it, just my experience. I would definitely recommend seeing a doctor for actual medical advice beyond what I have shared with you.
