Q: cml after bone marrow transplant

My neice is 37 years old and has had a bone marrow transplant 7.5 years ago and has been in remission.She has been told she has cml again.She also has chronic GVH.What is the outlook for her.

Is your niece having problems with chronic GVHD for many years?
Does she take some therapy for her chronic GVHD?
