Q: 3cm blister with burning sensation

hi,
a blister appeared on my forearm, its about 3cm long with a patch of redness surronding the blister, its not itchy but has a slight burning sensation, i have a near identical blister on my other forearm, do not believe to be a insect bite, not on any medication, i'm 28 male and otherwise healthy. thank you
