clusters of tiny white bumps on penis head foreskin

so as long as i can remember ive had these but i never knew what they were. at first a big one and a deflated one apeared. I know first 2 ones arent anything becuase the girl i lost my virginity to, never complained about getting anything and i mean i had sex with her allot, she gave me blowjobs and hand jobs too. They arent painful to me at all. Just for the record ive only had sex with 3 girls and only 2 un protected. I know didn't get anything from the first becuase the second as i said ive had unprotected sex with her and she never complained about anything. the third of course was a one time thing with a condom. They don't look like califlower and are very small and there are two clusters on the bottom tip of the penis there seperated like there is a line between them, then there are really really tiny ones up to. there is a bit of red around all on them, including the two biggest ones but i think that might just be from the whole area being naturaly red. Ive also had a case of jock itch that refuses to go away so i know if they start to itch, its from that and not the bumps. Going for a test thursday. So with all this said, what do you think it is? Do you really think its an std or im just crazy and have something weird?
