For the past few months I have suffered from a problem on the back of my left foot. Basically there are a large cluster of 'lumps' which I have tried rubbing and peeling off without success.

I did visit a doctor but he gave me antibiotics which didn't do a great deal, I am visiting again when I get time off work (Next month).

It does sting a little from time to time, and is not as red as the picture may suggest.

I can't really find much about the condition
