i took clomid at 18 for one round. the test revealed that I didnt ovulate

Now Im 23 and I took a round of it again, and for the last year and a half i have been using Ovulation predictor kits and have gotten a positive.

is it possible to be ovualting regularly now at age 24, rather than when I was 18? glance
