My left ear has felt clogged for quite some time. My primary doctor looked at it and said it's clear. It still feels clogged, pops when I yawn, burb, or swallow sometimes - not all the time. Has nothing to do with flying as I don't fly anywhere.

Like you I was once in your position (that's how I discovered Ehealth). Have you had then since young I had it when I was in highschool about 16 (I think, sorry can't remember exactly when)?

First water went in when I was showering, what I did was instead of titting my head to the side that the water went it I when to 'cleaned' my ears with a cotton bud, from what I know the hardend wax when in and so the only thing that I heard was 'muffed sound' it went on for a couple of days until I went to a doctor, she gave me some ointment to put in to 'soften' my wax but nothing changed until I went to a doctor that 'pumped' some water to clear my hardend wax I saw the wax came out but I still told the doctor that I still can't hear clearly he said that all the wax was cleared.
My advise is to see an ENT specialist or at least get a second opinion. Hope that my longwinded story helps. - Hart74

I agree with Hart.

Sometimes it just takes one of those ENT (East nose and throat) specialists to pinpoint something. GPs don't always see everything: they don't have all the answers.
