I gave birth vaginaly 12days ago. Everything was fine a little tearing but nothing major. Came home from hospital still everything fine, seemed to be healing fine. About 6 days ago my clitoris started to swell and it's very tender. Hurts to touch, move, even when I cough or sneeze. Does anyone know what this could be cuz my stitches feel fine, don't even really hurt anymore. I have an app with my midwife in a few days. Hopin to maybe get some answers or ideas on pain management until then. No drugs pls I am breastfeeding and therefore prefer not take even Tylenol. Thanx.

Ouch!! That sounds painful. You probably are still healing from childbirth but just to make sure there isn't an infection causing this swelling and pain you should show it to a doctor.
