Hello,

My boyfriend and I were having sex, me on his lap, when he slipped out and I crashed on top. He is fine, no penile fracture, however I took an intense blow from his (very) erect penis directly to the clitoris. It was extremely painful. Within 10 minutes the surrounding inner labia had swelled out of the outter lips and within 15 mintes the entire area was purple.

I have been applying a cold pack and bruising cream. I am in a lot of pain. It is day 2 and the swelling hasn't come down.

Could you please advise? I'm afraid I've found nothing online...

Many thanks in advance.

Sorry, no idea how to treat it aside from the cold compress. My suggestion will be to see a doctor if it does not get better. Also try anti-inflammatory pain killers (advil, ibuprofen, etc)

It will most likely be classified as a straddle injury.
