Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The chances and possibility of reconstruction of clitoris should be discussed with a cosmetic surgeon.
After a thorough examination he/she will be able to tell you if anything can be done. If it can be done, then a procedure called ‘clitoroplasty’ will be done to restore the clitoris back. Usually the sensation also gets restored back if the nerve supply is intact.
