Started masturbating when I was 14, and have always been able to orgasm easily. For the past few months or so, through either masturbation or with a partner my clit feels numb and I have extreme difficulty in orgasming. Most of the time I will just give up. Even if I do orgasm, I feel hardly any pleasure at all during or leading up to it.
I think about sex a lot and get very turned on. I don't feel this has anything to do with stress or my current emotions, either. I can be as relaxed as possible, as horny as ever, but it just does not feel good.
It is very frustrating and I am left feeling unsatisfied all the time.
What should I do??

I'm a fairly sexual person, and the same thing has happened to me. My solution was to simply abstain from sex for (at least) a good week (masturbation included). After that week of being just as turned on as usual but not doing anything about it, I was able to have amazing sex with my girlfriend without a problem.
Good luck Smile

Yes- STOP FOR A WHILE. Even women can get frequently overstimulated.

It is horrible to be trying that then end up short...so, give it a rest for awhile, and you should be fine. Try not to masturbate so frequently- space it out a little more. Things should be fixed within a week or so.
