I recently had to pack my family's belongings to relocate. During the moving process, I had to lift many heavy boxes. It's been two weeks after the move, and I now feel a small clicking sensation in my lower back, only when I'm bending down. It doesn't happen every time I bend downwards, but fairly often. There's no pain associated with it either. Is this something that will go away with time or should I have this looked at? Thanks!
