Hello,

I have had for few years after hurting my feet on a wall a clicking sound in my big toe.

I feel some pain once in while and the click is always there when I walk.

When I walk with shoes I have no sound clicking.

If I happen to click a lot during the day I could feel some pain .

Do I have to live with that sound forever ?

I 'm afraid that after years it becomes inflammatory arthritis.

Is there something I can do like some orthopedics items I can have to fix this?

What specialist should I see, surgeon orthopedist ?

Is surgery necessary for this ?

Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi Calis: I am not sure if you would see a Orthopedist or Podiatrist....You may want to contact your primary physician to see what he/she says about this...They can be painful...Take care...
