I was to I had pcos a little over a month ago. At the time i'd had abnormal bleeding for 5 months straight, nausea and fatigue. Right after I found out I research herbs and natural remedies and started taking them. Within a week nausea and tiredness went away. Also, the abnormal bleeding completely vanished. During this time I had sex using the pullout method at least one a week. Now, I am 7-11 days late. (schedule always varied a little) I have always gotten something even if it was abnormal. I have not skipped in many many years. Even when stressed beyond belief I would still get something. But I have had nothing. I am now tired again, nauseous especially in the morning and around certain foods, my breasts and nipples are very tender and I have been getting.. not exactly cramps, but more like a dull ache over my right hip and lower back. (hip is more on my side than in my abdomen. I also have had a lot clearish, odorless stretchy discharge. Could I be pregnant?

The symptoms may or may not be present in every woman but some common complaints are irregular periods, increased hair growth in facial area and other body parts, cramps during menstruation, weight gain, non ovulatory cycles, difficulty in conception etc.If a woman is ovulating then pregnancy is possible. It is difficult to comment without a physical examination whether you have conceived or not.
Get a Urine test done for pregnancy determination.I would advise you to take any medication under Medical Supervision and avoid self treatment so kindly visit a Gynaecologist for appropriate treatment.
