Extremely eHealthy
The problem is that the monitor needs to be calibrated for your hormone levels and the only way to do that is by starting at the beginning of your period at your most infertile time.

I think there are only 2 options left if you do not get your period soon - use the normal ovulation test kit strips (can be a bit expensive) or just have regular sex (every 2 or 3 days at least).

Also take the necessary other precautions like raising your hips after ejaculation to keep the semen in, using only sperm safe lubricants and try to have an orgasm close to his ejaculation (either just before or after he ejaculated). Watch your toxin intake (drugs, smoke, alcohol) and keep his genitals away from heat (hot bath, hot tub, sauna, tight undies). Also ask him to refrain from masturbation for the next few weeks (but be careful how you raise this as he might be sensitive about it or think you are going too far).

Best of luck and thank hubby for his service!!
