Hiya, constantly for as long as I can remember I have had to wear a pantiliner everyday as a clear water like liquid is secreting out of my vagina, it smells unpleasant and doesn't seem to go away! do you know of anything that can help to stop this. Thankyou.

Welcome to ehealthforum.
Change in vaginal discharge in terms of smell, consistency, color could be indicative of infection. Look out for other symptoms like itching, discomfort, pain during intercourse (if you are sexually active), rashes etc. Visit your gynecologist for examination, vaginal smear and culture and sensitivity test to confirm/identify the causative agent. Get started with treatment as indicated. If you are sexually active, get your partner also treated simultaneously to prevent chances of re-infection and avoid having intercourse while being on treatment course.
