Clear substance leaking from breast Posted: 03-14-08 12:20pm
Hi,
About 4 days ago I started leaking a clear
white substance from my right breast. Then
3 days ago after I finished using the
restroom then wiped myself I saw dark
brownish streaks on my toilet paper so I
started wearing pantie liners thinking I
was about to start, but still nothing. On
top of that I've been cramping and gassy
for a month this has never happened to me
before. I don't think I'm pregnant because
my boyfriend and I are ALWAYS careful we
ALWAYS use condoms plus he always pulls
out before he comes. I'm just scared could
it be a infection or pregnancy???

It sounds like you could be pregnant. The
clear white substance that is leaking from
your breast is called collostrum. It's the
substance that comes before the milk.
Occasionally it will leak during
pregnancy.
Just so you know, pulling out doesn't
work. Condoms are good, but him pulling
out has no effect on pregnancy. You can
still get pregnant and also, sometimes
condoms break and/or leak.
I would get a pregnancy test. It wouldn't
hurt to rule that out at this point. If
you aren't pregnant, I would see your
ob/gyn.

I totally agree with Marianne0058. You
gonna dance.....you gotta pay the fiddler!
If you were my daughter, I'd say go to
planned parenthood clinic and get birth
control other than condoms....do
everything you possibly can to ensure you
don't get pregnant! Good luck!
