Clear snot like discharge, and a week or so late.

I am a week or so late and I feel like my period should cone any minute. When I dash to the restroom all there is is discharge. It's clear in color but its like snot. Strechy and when I wipe its a big glob on the tissue. I took a pg test the day before the last day that my period could come. And here I am no period and just a lot of discharge. I did have spotting the Monday before my period it was very light and lasted about two days. Not enough for a panty liner. I have no idea why has my period not come. I have any where from a 30-35 day cycle if that helps my period should of been no later than 3/31 but should of came 3/27.
