I notice that my discharge has been increase, and it has a fishy odor..should I be concern is something wrong with me?

It is a bacterial infection (most common one is bacterial vaginosis or BV). It is a very common infection and if left untreated can cause pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and problems with a pregnancy, so it is best to see your doctor. It is treated with very specific antibiotics.
