I have been tested for STD's recently, all of which came out negative. I have also visited my doctor, and though she hasn't seen them prior to being "popped" she said it looks like a simple rash, and I don't need to see a dermatologist.

Well, I think she's wrong. Problem is, I can't possibly take any more time off work to see a dermatologist at this time. With my current healthcare provider, I need to get a recommendation from my current doctor prior to visiting a specialist. Taking time off on two days will more than likely put me on thin ice. It's sad that I have to sacrifice my health for a job I hate.

Thus the reason I'm posting here. That being said: This seems to be a recurring problem. I thought this was a rash due to my training (very active physically). I haven't been able to visit the gym the entire week due to allergies, and they have just appeared yet again. This makes me think to rule out the "rash" possibility.

The bumps themselves are very tiny (approx 1mm in diameter), and come in small groups on my foreskin (once on the rim of the head), separated 2-3mm or so apart. They have a clear top, with irritation around them, and occasionally itch -- typically on contact.

They seem to be fragile, and if popped, they secrete at clear fluid (looks like water). Eventually they will scab over, and disappear on their own. This has been going on for several months off and on, and I'm getting desperate for answers. Please help.

Ok. Your problems can range from anything to a skin infection/Irritation all the way down to type II genital Herpes. I myself have been in a questionable relationship in the past where I knew I was not the only person having unprotected sex with my partner. I got to experience waking up to take that morning leak only to look down and much to my horror I see: Like you said. Small bumps on my penis! They come in little clusters of two or three and usually always appear on the rim or the head. This has happened twice in my life so far in about a six-eight month period. On a positive note they always seem to go away after the application of time as well as popping them (Painfully! The tip of your penis is terribly sensative!) and setting that clear fluid free from it's flesh avarice helps too it seems. They have a rash like quality and are easily Irritated by touch or even the fabric of my boxers made it uncomfortable to walk. (I went commando and wore silky smooth gym shorts to alleviate that problem.) It can be a traumatic experience! Not only does it put you on the sexual sidelines but it messes with your confidence. The whole ordeal can sober you up faster then getting shot. I dont know about you but I tended to my penis like it was a sick and injured puppy. I can tell you are a busy man but if you value sexual wellbeing, And by that I mean yours and others! You should see a Dermatologist! If you dont do it for yourself then do it for Johnson! Even Herpes can be treated. And if you have ever had an Abscess or a very bad Boil you know things can be much worse! There are many STD'S out there that ravage the body and leave beautiful young people lost and distraught. It is a frightening reality. one in every four women has a STD nowadays. It's a reality that makes me buy condoms now. And I hate condoms. I hate using them. But I simply just cannot run the risk of doing more damage then has already been done. I pray you find out the answer to just what exactly it is that is ailing men like myself and you. I have no Idea what they are personally. I hope nothing Sexually transmitted. I know it might suck but it is not going to kill me. So at least I take comfort in knowing that much. But looking back on it. I never had this stupid problem until AFTER that particular relationship.
