Clear Discharge from Penis, sticky

I am 52 yrs old.. The combination of meds I take have contributed to my not having a libido..so for once, as a man, no stress of having to do my duty..

Having said that, observing noticeable discharge on my underwear, sometimes my peis sticks to it and I am surprised that I had to disloged it.. Sometimes I see stringy sticky (spider web like appearance). I do not masterbate (never have), and have had sex with only one person my wife...but not since Thanksgiving 2011.. Anyone have any idea where i begin medically to fix this? Thanks...with respect
