Clear and odorless urine Posted: 09-08-06 21:11pm
In the last week or so my urine is
extremely clear and odorless. I am
drinking or eating nothing different than
I normally do. One thing , I rarely
drink water , I do not care for it. I do
drink alot of soda and milk and I am
female, 46 years old and still get my
periods. What could be the problem if
indeed it is a problem??

Almost 50 and was taught when urine starts
turing yellowish,orangish or dark
brown....Thats when you to start to worry.
Also, no smell. Problems with urinary
and kidneys usually produce the
"pee/acidic smell. You really do need to
start drinking the water. This flushes
your orgns out and as bad a you hate
it...I know I did too at one point in
life, water not only cleans the system and
keeps thinkg moving throught the pipes,
lubricates and hydrates skin. Buy those
little packets of flavor to add to the
water. I aim for 3 quarts a day. Keeps
migraines away and I seem to have more
energy. Just one of those things you are
gonna have to make yourself to to stay
healthy! 8) drink up girlfriend!

The clearer the urine the better is what
my doctor has always told me. I wouldn't
worry about it. But I would start
drinking water. Try flavoring it with a
slice of lemon or lime. I hate water too
but I make sure I drink atleast 3 bottled
waters a day.

Clear urine means you are taking in my
more, thus diluting the the urine.
