Q: Clean enoscopy but GERD syptoms

I have suffered GERD for most of the last 4 years, i stopped smoking completely when the symptoms started although i kept drinking alcohol moderately for a year then stopped, i cant touch a drop now.

I have had two endoscopys both showed healthly results, i have also had blood tests for H Pylori with negative results.

I have been on Zantac, Somac, Landzoprozol and now Nexium all at 20mg and 40 mg with no real relief.

There appears to be no triggers for the symptoms (apart from caffeine and alcohol) such as drinking fizzy drinks or eating large meals.

Bloating is a fairly new symptom which started about 6 months ago and is slowly getting worse.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks in advance
