I am a Renal patient in dialysis for ten years. In the last two month am waking up at midnight with a deep state of depression and a sensation of solitude and sadness which last for about 40 minutes, then it goes away to return few days again.What's this?

You may want to ask your doctor if something is causing this happening....Sometimes life can hit you at a certain time of the day....Maybe the silence of the house or just a habit that you got into....I love reflecting...It is kind of a private time...I wouldn't worry, but ask him if you want to...Take care...
