citalopram meds making things worse

im on my 3rd month of taking citalopram its been incresed twice, im now taking 30mg i suffer from jaw neck tention which has been made worse by this, i also have ibs so the constipation is awful! sweats now are awful my sex drive is now low and while taking this i have suffered major panic and the worse depression ive known since goin up to 30mg i have noticed the most improvement but now cant sleep and jaw is bad can hardly speak so we added amitriptylin which has helped with the sleep and all other side effects have gone but now my vision whcih was getting bad since 3omg of cit i now cant work because i cant focus close up at all! had my eyes tested again to make sure and my eyes are same as always, the docs want me to stop the amitrp and c how i go and maybe give me sleeping pills and then possible change my meds! i have had a worse time on them than off so im going to reduce and stop the lot! oh and i now take 60mg a day of beta blockers! which before all the other meds i only needed 30mg!

anyone had bad time of it on meds?
