I underwent circumcision at 12 because I couldn't pull my foreskin back at all (not even slightly, my penis would balloon up every-time I urinated). I'm currently 24 and I think my premature ejaculation is of the physical type. I would ejaculate within seconds if I was to press down on my frenulum with a finger (its tight, if I press on it, it would cause my penis head to tip downwards). When masturbating, it only feels good for the first few strokes when it isn't fully erect, I feel pleasure around the top of my penis, but when my penis becomes erect, the frenular sensitivity on the bottom makes me ejaculate immediately. When during sex, the first insertion can cause me to ejaculate because it pulls the frenular area again. It is the push motion that causes me to ejaculate but not the pull-back motion. I'm not prematurely ejaculating from a sensitive head but from the tightness of the bottom part.
