Q: Circulatory Problem?

I have been to several different doctors trying to find a diagnosis. My symptoms are:

Left Arm pain - feels like the muscles are tightening with some numbness/pain in fingers and pins/needles in arm and fingers - starts from left side of chest area all the way through the fingers
Left Leg pain - happens at the exact same time the left arm starts to have the above symptoms - almost the exact same feelings and includes leg from hip to calf, rarely involves foot
Left Knee pain - SEVERE pain as if all the blood is collecting in the knee but there is no apparent swelling. Knee feels cold with pins/needles and it hurts A LOT. It feels like it's going to blow up and then the pain disappears.
Headache - severe headache with throbbing in left temple causing left eye to feel swollen and tired, watery, and my nose runs. Sometimes it causes my jaw to move slower and the top teeth to hurt - but only on left side of face, never the right. I believe I do have TMJ, so the headache may trigger the TMJ. I do know for fact that my last two eye pressure exams have been 26 mm HG and then 21 mm HG and my glaucoma test was negative. I also get headaches at the back of my head near my neck on the left side. They are stabbing and only last about 2 minutes. I also get a pins/needles feeling all around my head as well.
Heart Beat - Not all the time, but once in a while I will feel a flutter or almost like my heart skips a beat and it thumps in my chest. It can happen about 2-3 times a month.
Muscles - I have muscle twitches that sometimes lift me off the couch because my entire body will suddenly "jump." Most of the time though I was just have twitching in my arm, leg, or head. My muscles also tremor once in a while.
Eyes - During my headaches affecting the left temple listed above, sometimes my left eye will water, sometimes turn yellow or light pink, become "small", feel extremely tired, become glossy or glazed over, vision blurrs, and I become extremely dizzy and confused. My right eye is never affected. Both eyes do burn and are very sensitive. I get a pins/needles feeling on the left eyelid and sometimes around the eye area.
Fingers - I have Reynaud's Syndrome. Fingernails and toe nails turn blue or purple when I'm cold and they hurt really bad if I grab something cold from the fridge. I have to wear very thick gloves during the winter months because my hands have such severe pain it feels as if they will literally fall off.
Menstral Cycle - recently my periods have become very heavy and I bleed through super tampons the first two days. I've had to resort to pads for the beginning of my period. I have very painful cramping. My symptoms that I've listed above are far worse the week before my period than any other time of the month, with the exception of Reynaud's, which only affects me when I'm cold.
Sex - I have a deep pain in my stomach after I orgasm and it lasts a few minutes before disappearing. I have no pain in my pelvic area during intercourse, only right after orgasm.
Sleep - Sometimes I will wake abruptly gasping for air, as if I stopped breathing. Happens mainly when I sleep on my back. When I don't get enough sleep, my symptoms will be worse during the day compared to days when I've had an adequate amount of sleep.
State of Mind - I become slow to get my words out, I can't think of what I need to say, my thought process is reversed (ex. I was convinced that my right hand was my left and unsuccessfully argued with my mother that it was my left), and I feel like I black out for a split second.

The majority of my symptoms happen together, rarely are they separate. Strenuous Physical Activity, skipping a meal, or lack of sleep will trigger these events. Walking back and forth to the printer at work will cause the pain on the left side of my body to start or getting angry will also cause the "spell."

I've seen two neurologists who have ruled out seizures and have diagnosed me with Migraine Headaches. I've seen a Rheumatologist who has diagnosed me with Rheumatoid Arthritis and then later revoked that saying he isn't convinced but that something is going on because my inflammation levels are always high and I've had positive CRP tests, ANA tests, and R-Factor tests. I've had MRI/MRA of the brain, MRI of my entire spine from my neck to my butt, numerous blood test, EEG, EKG, Echogram and all have come back normal according to the doctor.

Am I going out of my mind??

just came across this
just noticed this as i've been researching some of my own symptoms. went to the Dr. who did some blood work (getting that back soon) however, I'm sure only to rule out a few major things and then move forward with more specific testing.... have you since this post figured out what your diagnosis was? any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
